Client Protective PPE Guidelines
Asia, and all guest of aCurlyWalk Studio are required to adhere to a temperature check upon entry. In addition, Asia, and all guest of aCurlyWalk Studio are required to wear a facial mask covering while in the studio. All serviced guest are asked to bring their own, fresh, loop around the ear covering. (Please be sure your covering loops around the ear, as mask that tie around the back of the head are ineffective during hair servicing.) The facial covering must cover mouth and nose. If you do not have one, I will supply you with one for an additional fee.
aCurlyWalk Studio meets the minimum California State standard, as well as applicable federal requirements of the ADA, CDC, EPA and OSHA. I guarantee I have adjusted timing and sanitation in efforts to protect by clients as well as myself. I ask clients to please follow the necessary provided protocol to protect the studio in effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
*Due to limited seating, only the person being serviced will be allowed in the studio during scheduled appointment time.Services are available by appointment only and all appointments are scheduled using the New Client or Existing Client appointment booker on this website. Setting an appointment is a Three Step Process.
1. Request an appointment time through the online booker
2. A deposit request will be sent to you. (Please be sure to leave an accessible email.) Deposits are due within 24hrs from the time of invoice. Once received, your appointment will be approved.
3. A confirmation email of approval will be sent to the given email address.
All appointments require a deposit. Please do not send deposits prior to receiving your invoice. All deposits are nonrefundable. You may reschedule one time 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment without losing your deposit. No show appointments, canceled appointments, appointments attempting to be rescheduled less than 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a loss of your deposit. Paid Deposits are credited towards your scheduled appointment cost.
All appointments times are reserved for each client individually. Please notify me 24hrs prior to your appointment if you must make any changes to your existing appointment.
Canceling or Rescheduling
Any cancellations made less than 24hrs prior to appointment may result in a non-refund of the deposit for the scheduled service.
